2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the NIVIN EMR platform for your healthcare provider.
To send SMS messages including: login verification codes (OTP), prescription pickup notifications, appointment reminders, and system notifications.
To maintain the security and integrity of your health records.
To comply with applicable healthcare regulations.

3. SMS Messaging

By using the NIVIN EMR service, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number provided by your healthcare provider. These messages include:

One-time verification codes for secure login.
Prescription notification codes for pharmacy pickup.
Appointment reminders.
System notifications related to your care.

Message frequency varies based on your clinical activity, typically 1-10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS may affect your ability to log in to the platform, as login requires SMS verification.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use Twilio for SMS delivery. Twilio processes your phone number solely for message delivery and is contractually bound to protect your data.
